bolts for my bunk bed thingy?
i have a bunk bed- futon type bed (its a bed on top and a futon on bottom) and i need a bunch of new bolts does anyone know where i might find a list of the bolts required to put it together? i dont know a brand name or where it was bought. i got it at a garage sale
When you bought the thingy the bolts were probably in a box nearby. You might go back and ask if they still have them. Thingy bolts are not standard. If you are handy enough to put the thingy together without directions you will have to be creative enough to know what you need in the way of fasteners.
Take a good look at it. Lay out the pieces and see what will have to be attached to what. Maybe you will even want to take some pictures. Then go to the local big box store and go to the fastener aisle to see if you can find something to match the required thickness and the depth.
