Bunk Beds

We just bought a used bunk bed and removed the bottom bunk. The bed is very loose and moves a lot (since it needs the support of the bottom bunk). what is a good way to give it the support it needs?

Use 2 x 8’s to create horizontal bracing in the same location where you removed the bottom bunk. Have you thought about putting in a built-in desk under the top bed? It helps stabilize the top bunk and is a great use of space!
