5 bedroom with gulf views and community pool! Amazing Place ! 5 bedroom, 5.5 Bathrooms. 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 twins, 1 set of bunks, 2 sleeper sofas. 2 Community pools, 50 yards to beach access. Located in Seagrove Beach. 3000 sq ft. 1st floor: 2nd floor: 3rd floor: You will feel like you are right at home in this beautifully decorated house, built to accommodate your every need. There are four adult bedrooms each with there own bathrooms, a children’s bunkroom and a tower. There are three king-beds, one queen-bed, two extra long twins (bunks), one twin with trundle, and two sleeper-sofas. The home can easily accommodate 14-16 people. All bedrooms include cable TV and either a VCR or DVD. Additionally, there are multiple high-speed Internet connections for your convenience. The exterior of the home, features beautifully landscaped grounds, an inviting sitting area on the front porch, and an outdoor shower area with hot/cold water. There is parking for three cars. The ground-floor features a gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, and granite counter tops. The kitchen opens up to a spacious dining room and living room with large TV, including VCR/DVD, and surround sound stereo system. An oversized bedroom with king-size bed, and full private bath, is also located on the main floor. Additionally, the main floor features a half bath, and screened-in porch, furnished to accommodate outdoor dining. The second floor contains four bedrooms. There are two master suites with King size beds, each with their own private bathroom (one with Jacuzzi tub, the other with an oversized shower with dual shower heads). There is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bath, as well as, a uniquely designed kids room with extra-long bunk beds. Enjoy the third floor loft/tower with its fantastic views, and fully equipped wet bar with granite countertops, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo system, indoor/outdoor speakers, and full private bath/shower, as the perfect location to entertain and enjoy stunning sunsets. You can also use the tower as an additional sleeping area, which can accommodate four with its twin-bed and pullout trundle and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Each one features a King sized bed in the Parents room, with bunk beds and a pull out sleeper in the kids room! Ttwo bathrooms help make getting ready easier in the mornings!
In the Parents Room, there is a small fridge and microwave [and television], and there is also a television in the Kids Room! They will all be located in Building 1, our 7-story building, facing towards the highway and beyond that, the Saddleback Mountains.

Owner Managed - This exceptional home has 100 feet of gorgeous sandy beach, located on Silver Lake. A large wrap around deck gives you a wonderful place to watch the sun rise in the morning, and set in the evening!
This beautiful retreat was custom built to sleep 14-17 people (which includes a private guest house for one or two people), there are three and a half bathrooms, two stone fireplaces and a stereo system wired to play throughout the property (inside the home and out!) The home and beach include a large floating raft, dock for tying up the watercraft, a nice yard with a small wooden playhouse and a tiki bar/hut. There is a wooden swing, picnic area and bonfire pit for family and friends to enjoy! This is an exceptional vacation home.
The master “sweetheart suite” has a queen size bed, fieldstone fireplace - complete with built-in wine storage, there is a working sink to accompany the small vanity. On the second floor is a large bedroom with it’s own balcony overlooking the water. This room hosts a queen sized bed along with a set of twin bunk beds. Just beyond is “the pink room” with a queen bed with room for the twin roll-away stored in the full closet. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the loft, nice spot to watch television and fall asleep. The next bedroom holds a double bed, a small double/single in the alcove and a few step climb of the natural wooden ladder to a second loft with a single bed. In addition, there is a detached guest cottage that sleeps two people on a full size bed.
There are three and a half bathrooms in the home. One of them is pictured on this site having a green claw foot tub. There is another full bath, as well as a three-quarter bath hosting a stand-up shower (shampoo and conditioner dispenser installed), and a half bath accessible from the cottage and beach area. (Great for use when feet are wet and sandy from playing in the sun!)
What about the Beach? The great, sandy beach at this home is almost perfect! There is nice area for playing in the sand. Into the water is a nice, sandy bottom which gradually slopes to about 7 or 8 feet from the shoreline, then it gets deep. We float a swim raft in the middle of the cove for
